Payment Options
We provide a few easy methods of payment though our online shop:

Visa and Mastercard - Online payments only
By adding a product to the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the Paypal online payment system for secure checkout of your item. We do not accept credit card details over the phone as from 15th November 2008.

Internet banking
You can also direct deposit directly into our bank account, please email us what you would like to purchase with your name, address and contact number and we will forward you a Tax Invoice with our banking details. If paying this way you must use the Tax Invoice number as a banking reference.

Out of stock items
We try and keep and much stock on hand as possible. If there is a delay or the product is not availble, you will be notified by email within 12 hours of the sale and the customer has a choice of having the item put on back order or a immediate refund will be given.

Tax Invoices
Every sale includes GST (Hearing aid batteries are GST free) We provide a tax invoice for every sale. The Tax Invoice will be emailed to you in PDF within 12-24 hrs of when your payment has been recieved. If you cannot open the file please contact us and we will send it via other means.

New Zealand Customers
New Zealand Customers should email us with their requirements first so that we can email them back a price without GST and an adjusted delivery cost. We will then email you back an Invoice for payment.

Refund and Returns
We will gladly exchange any product which is defective upon your receipt of it. Any other returns and refunds will be made at our discretion. If a return is accepted and refund given, you may be charged for actual costs we have incurred (e.g. credit card fees, shipping costs, re-stocking etc). If your exchanging your item due to a faulty product, we will pay the shipping cost. If your product is found to be in good working order from our factory tests, your goods will be returned to you via C.OD.

Delivery times
For Australian customers we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 3 - 7 working days of receipt of payment. We stock most goods, but sometimes we will have to order an item in for you, this is usually an overnight delivery to us. If any goods are out of stock or if there is a delay, we will notify you.

Delivery method

We will use at our discretion the safest means of delivering your products, this could either be by Startrack Express, Fastway Couriers or Australia Post

Since we are a totally online business, pickups are only available by contacting us first

Cancellations
We are unable to recall goods once they have been sent, so cancellation is not possible. However, if the goods have not left our premises we will cancel the order, only charging you for actual costs we have incurred (e.g. credit card fees which are 2.4% of the total order).
